Our good friends Riot Squad have done it again with this remix of Digital Kaos and Royal K’s track ‘Nightfalls’ (featuring J’Something).
The track is due to be released imminently, so we’ll have to settle with a preview for now.
We can’t wait for the full version! #heat

We just found out and are preparing at this moment an official press-release …
Hi Viona – thank you for alerting us to this fact. We were unaware of any infringements.
I think your main grumble however is with the original artists (Digital Kaos & Royal K), with whom we have no relationship.
We were merely showcasing the work done by a local production duo for a remix competition.
We will gladly remove the post if that is what you wish?
Best,
Brandalism
Dear Viona,
I would politely like to request you get your facts straight before making such outrageous and defaming statements (as they are grounds for legal action).
Firstly the “samples” or infringement as you claim is from a publicly available sample/midi file pack. http://www.producerloops.com/Download-Shockwave-Future-Swedish-House-Vol-4.html please check the link for your own reference since it appears your artist did not inform you that it was not theirs either.
Secondly we released this track on physical format on the 1st April and digitally was available long before that http://soundcloud.com/royal-k/digital-kaos-royal-k-ft-j proof there.
So I sincerely hope you get your facts straight next time you want to try damage an artists reputation and claim infringement as you have done above.
I have 15 years experience and have sold in excess of 2Million albums (substantially more than your small label). My legal rights are fully in place with all my artists and if/when they do contain samples we have full legal documentation.
Regards
Nic
